Blended Essences are combinations of Christchurch Flower Essences, that have been chosen to enhance specific qualities of emotional and spiritual development.

Each of the Blended Essences contains five essences, and these have been grouped into synergistic combinations, containing various aspects of each quality. They also relate to the stages through which a person can pass while working to attain that quality.

The Christchurch Blended Essences are for: Awareness, Balance, Energy, Growth, Guidance, Harmony, Inspiration, Life Path, Openness, Relief, Transformation and Trust.

The usual dose is 4 drops 4 times a day, or as directed.
